Ryan Griggs is currently serving as an Attending Urologist at Salinas Valley Memorial Healthcare and Salinas Valley Medical Clinic. He completed his general surgery internship and urology residency at Einstein Medical Center in Philadelphia before undertaking a one-year SMSNA endorsed fellowship in Men’s Health at the Northern Louisiana Men's Health Fellowship with Dr. Gerard Henry. Ryan's professional passion lies in improving patients' quality of life concerning sexual function and urinary incontinence. Additionally, he has an interest in male infertility and hopes to incorporate it into his future practice. Outside of work, Ryan enjoys exercising, surfing, and spending time with his wife, daughter, and cuddle pug.

Ryan completedd his Urology Fellowship at Willis-Knighton Health System and Urological Surgery Residency at Einstein Healthcare Network. Ryan's education includes a Urology Residency at Einstein Medical Center and a Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (D.O.) from Lincoln Memorial University DeBusk College of Osteopathic Medicine.

Ryan possesses essential skills such as proficiency in EMR systems and a comprehensive understanding of HIPAA regulations. His dedication and contributions to the medical field have earned him recognition, including the Dean's Award from LMU-DCOM and the Gold TOUCH Award from COSGP.
