Yes Xialla works with ED medication. Your regularly prescribed ED medication increases blood inflow. Xialla helps you prevent blood outflow so that your erection stays stronger for longer.
Yes Xialla works with injections. Xialla has been clinically tested to complement penile injection therapies. While injections primarily target blood inflow, Xialla targets blood outflow.
Yes Xialla works with pumps. Use Xialla in place of the standard constriction rings used with vacuum pumps for dramatically better results. Learn more about Xialla and pumps here.
In clinical trials Xialla was effective at treating 54-66% of men, depending on the severity of their ED. When ED is a result of blood outflow, Xialla is more likely to help.
Yes. In two separate clinical trials Xialla demonstrated significant benefit to erectile function and sexual enhancement for 54 to 66% of patients, depending on their erectile dysfunction severity.
We recommend a high quality water based or oil based personal lubricant, available in pharmacies or adult stores. You should avoid using silicone lubricants as they react with the silicone of Xialla to gradually soften and expand it.
Xialla helps the majority of men get an erection. It has also been proven effective for difficult to treat cases of ED. Since Xialla helps slow blood outflow (venous leakage) clinical trials showed it to be effective in combination with conventional ED drugs or injections that promote blood inflow.
Xialla is an integrated ring, loop, and adhesive band - all constructed of soft, elastic silicone. Xialla's unique, patented design anchors the ring in place to prevent it from moving during sexual activity, giving you a stronger, longer-lasting erection.
Cock rings move back and forth during sex, which allows blood to escape and your erection to fade. Xialla secures the ring in place, preventing blood outflow and helping you maintain a firm long-lasting erection.
Xialla was designed to improve your erection so that you can have better sex. Xialla won’t impede or prevent your ability to orgasm. If you've tried cock rings and they make ejaculation uncomfortable or impossible, it may be that the rings were too tight. Cock rings need to be tight so they don't move. Xialla doesn't need to be as tight because it's prevented from moving by the unique, patented design which anchors the ring in place.
In clinical trials, Xialla helped 40% of men with a prostatectomy. If you've had a prostatectomy we recommend consulting your doctor about using medication in combination with Xialla, as this was sometimes required to be successful in the case of a prostatectomy.
Not at all. Xialla rests at the base of the penis, so circumcision does not have any impact on the use of the device.
No. Xialla can actually help you get an erection. As you begin to get stimulated and blood flows into the penis, Xialla helps the erection to build by preventing blood from flowing back out too quickly.
Yes. Simply use Xialla instead of the ring supplied with the pump.
Xialla is a completely external device, so it may be effective in promoting engorgement in the case of penile implant. We strongly recommend you consult your doctor before using Xialla with a penile implant.
Xialla targets blood outflow which occurs through veins near the surface of the penis, just under the skin. Blood inflow occurs through arteries that are deep within the penile shaft.
Yes, there's a good chance that Xialla may help. Xialla works best for men who struggle with excessive blood outflow. Many men can get an erection, but find it difficult to maintain because the blood outflow is too much. Xialla works by preventing blood outflow from the penis so that your erection lasts longer.
Xialla has been proven to help men with difficult to treat conditions. Conditions such as diabetes, high blood pressure and heart disease can all contribute to ED by slowing the inflow of blood to the penis and/or inhibiting the mechanism that prevents excessive blood outflow. While existing therapies enhance blood inflow, Xialla targets blood outflow. Therefore Xialla may help on its own, and it may also help in combination with existing therapies such as medication, injections or pumps.
Xialla has a minimalist design, but it’s not invisible. When it’s on, your partner is able to see the ring at the base of your penis, and if you turn around, they may see the adhesive pad that rests above your buttocks.
To avoid temporary or permanent injury: Avoid falling asleep while wearing Xialla. Allow at least 1 hour between uses. Use Xialla for no longer than 30 minutes per time.
It’s super easy- warm water and gentle soap are all you need! Be sure to discard the adhesive pad after each use.
Xialla can be used multiple times. We recommend using it for 2-4 months before considering a new one for hygienic reasons.
For now we exclusively offer a white, semi-translucent device.
Xialla is easy to put on by yourself. However, if you have limited mobility and have trouble reaching behind yourself to your lower back, a partner can help. See the step by step user guide here. A user guide also comes with every Xialla.
Don’t give up. First, if Xialla isn’t snug around the penis, contact us and we’ll send you a replacement. Second, since Xialla helps control excess blood outflow, clinical trials proved Xialla to be highly effective in combination with therapies that promote blood inflow, including both oral ED medication and injections. Consider talking to your doctor about using an oral therapy in combination with Xialla.
Make sure the area is clean and dry (not sweaty) when you attach the pad. Attach the pad before you use any lubricant. If there's lubricant on your skin where the pad is being attached, the pad won't stick. Place the pad as low as possible on your back since putting it higher increases the tension on the band. Attach the tab lock near the bottom of the pad instead of in the middle or at the top, since attaching it higher on the pad may tend to pull the pad off the skin.
Contact us for a free replacement within 60 days of purchase.
If your Xialla is too tight or too loose, please get in touch and we’ll send you a different size free of charge.
