Where do you ship?

We currently ship to customers in the USA, Canada, and UK. If you live in the UK, please be aware that delivery may be subject to non-refundable import taxes and customs duties. It is the responsibility of the customer to pay any applicable taxes and duties once a shipment reaches the UK.

Is Xialla packaged discreetly?

Yes. Xialla arrives in a plain bubble-pack envelope.

Is my payment information secure?

We use the Shopify e-commerce platform and the Stripe payment platform, the global gold standards, so you can be confident that all of your information is 100% protected.

Where is my order?

Use the link in your confirmation email to check in on your order at any time. In the event that we're backordered, we'll let you know the status by email.

Can my order be expedited?

Yes, we offer expedited shipping in our checkout.

What is your refund/return policy?

If you're not satisfied with your Xialla for any reason, contact us at help@xialla.com within 60 days for a full refund. Please note that if you choose expedited shipping, or paid for delivery to the UK, this extra cost is non-refundable.

What payment methods are accepted?

We accept all major credit cards, Visa gift cards, Visa debit cards and PayPal.

How do I order adhesive pads? Are the adhesive pads multiple or one-time use?

With your Xialla device order, you receive a starter pack of 10 pads. 30 pads refills can be ordered separately. Each adhesive pad is intended for one-time use.

Is Xialla covered under my health insurance policy?

Xialla isn't currently covered under health insurance.

Do I need a prescription to order Xialla?

No prescription is needed to order Xialla. However if you have medical conditions that could make the use of Xialla unsafe, we advise you to consult with your physician before using Xialla.
