Where do you ship?

We currently ship to customers in the USA and Canada.

How long does shipping take?

Standard shipping takes 5-7 business days. Please note that standard shipping orders may take a day or two longer due to high seasonal demand. Expedited shipping takes 3-5 business days.

Is Xialla packaged discreetly?

Yes. Xialla arrives in a plain bubble-pack envelope.

Is my payment information secure?

We use the Shopify e-commerce platform and the Stripe payment platform, the global gold standards, so you can be confident that all of your information is 100% protected.

Where is my order?

Use the link in your confirmation email to check in on your order at any time. In the event that we're backordered, we'll let you know the status by email.

Can my order be expedited?

Yes, we offer expedited shipping in our checkout.

What is your refund/return policy?

If you're not satisfied with your Xialla for any reason, contact us within 60 days for a full refund. Please note that if you choose expedited shipping, or paid for delivery to the UK, this extra cost is non-refundable.

If your Xialla breaks or is otherwise defective, contact us for a free replacement within one year of purchase.

What payment methods are accepted?

We accept all major credit cards, Visa gift cards, Visa debit cards and PayPal.

How do I order adhesive pads? Are the adhesive pads multiple or one-time use?

With your Xialla device you receive 30 pads. Each adhesive pad is intended for one-time use.

Is Xialla covered under my health insurance policy?

Xialla isn't currently covered under health insurance.
