Where do you ship?

We ship to the USA, Canada, United Kingdom, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Australia, Mexico, Netherlands, United Arab Emirates (Dubai), Finland, and South Africa.

How long does shipping take?

Free shipping to the USA and Canada takes 5-7 business days. Expedited shipping is available to the USA and takes 3-5 business days. Shipping time to other countries varies on a country by country basis.

Is Xialla packaged discreetly?

Yes. Xialla arrives in a plain bubble-pack envelope.

Is my payment information secure?

We use the Shopify e-commerce platform and the Stripe payment platform, the global gold standards, so you can be confident that all of your information is 100% protected.

Where is my order?

Use the link in your confirmation email to check in on your order at any time. In the event that we're backordered, we'll let you know the status by email.

Can my order be expedited?

Expedited shipping is available to selected countries and will appear as an option at checkout if available in your country.

What is the refund and exchange policy?

Xialla comes with a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you don't love it, get a full refund within 60 days. Need a different size? We’ll send one for free. No returns required - just contact us, and we'll take care of you.

What payment methods are accepted?

We accept all major credit cards, Visa gift cards, Visa debit cards and PayPal.

How do I order adhesive pads? Are the adhesive pads multiple or one-time use?

With your Xialla device you receive 10 pads. Each adhesive pad is intended for one-time use. To order more pads, click here.

Is Xialla covered under my health insurance policy?

Xialla isn't currently covered under health insurance.
