Xialla Customer Integrity: Claims, Billing, and Refunds
Stay up to date.
Dear Friends,
It saddens me when men tell us they have been misled by other ED product companies.
Erectile dysfunction is already hard enough. False promises, fake reviews, and inflated "clinical trials" that advertise impossible success rates do not help. Subscription pricing that cannot be cancelled, and surprise credit card charges, make it worse.
If you have lost money to one of those companies, call or write and tell us about it. We will listen. Then we will send you a Xialla to try at no charge, with the same free size changes and customer support that paying customers receive.
Our promise
I founded Xialla on this simple promise:
- You are the most important person to us.
- We will always take care of you.
- We will always be there to help you.
It is a plain reminder to treat customers the way we would want to be treated — with honesty and integrity. In practice that means:
- We never promise that Xialla will work for every man. In a clinical trial, it improved erectile function in 14 of 21 men (Littlemore, Laing, and Bella, Journal of Sexual Medicine, 2017).
- Our clinical trials report real success rates, not 99% claims.
- If Xialla does not work for you, we refund your money as soon as you let us know.
- We never charge you for something you did not buy.
- We do not sell needless subscriptions.
- We put information on the site that is as accurate as we can make it.
- We do not fill the site with clickbait unrelated to erectile dysfunction. We focus on venous leak and related treatment.
- We ask every customer for a review. We do not cherry-pick, and we do not post fake reviews.
- We read personal accounts because they help us support the next man who writes in.
- When Xialla works for someone, we are glad. When it does not, we wish we could do more.
If anything about your experience with us can be improved, please tell us.
Sincerely,
Nigel
