A step-by-step guide to using Xialla with ED pumps - Xialla

A step-by-step guide to using Xialla with ED pumps

Xialla is a versatile device that can be used on its own or with other erectile dysfunction (ED) treatments, including medication, injections, and pumps.

Our customers often contact us to request detailed instructions for using Xialla with their preferred pump, so we put together this blog post to provide a step-by-step guide.

Xialla and different ED pump styles

Xialla can be used with any style of erectile dysfunction (ED) pump. This includes:

In addition to working with manual, electric, and hybrid pumps, Xialla can be used with ED pumps that include constriction rings (also called "tension systems" or "tension bands") and those that do not.

Pumps that come with rings include:

Pumps that do not come with rings are not as common, but examples of this style include:

How to use Xialla and an ED pump that comes with rings

Pumps that come with rings require the ring to be stretched around the base of the vacuum tube so that once the penis is fully erect, the ring can be slipped off the tube and into position at the base of the penis. The ring helps to keep the penis erect by preventing venous leak.

If you use this style of ED pump, you can use Xialla in place of the rings that came with your pump. This can improve the firmness and duration of your erection, because Xialla's patented ring-plus-anchor design does a better job than a standard ring of stabilizing the compression effect, even during vigorous sexual activity.

Here are step-by-step instructions for using Xialla with this style of pump:

  1. Fit the Xialla ring over the pump using the cone, in the same way that you would fit the ring that comes with the pump.
  2. Fit the pump over the penis with the Xialla loop and Xialla band hanging downward.
  3. Use the pump as you would normally to achieve an erection.
  4. When you have finished pumping, slip the Xialla ring off the pump onto the penis.
    • NOTE: If your pump's ring is the type that forms the seal and then releases from the pump to stay on the penis (e.g. Vacurect), then you should ensure the Xialla is behind the pump's ring, closer to the pubic bone. Then remove the pump and the ring that comes with the pump, leaving just the Xialla ring.
  5. Remove the pump from the penis.
  6. Pull the Xialla loop around your scrotum and attach the band firmly to the pad above your buttocks. (See instructions for the step here.)

How to use Xialla and an ED pump that doesn't include rings

Pumps that don't include rings can still be used with Xialla. In this case, you can use Xialla alongside the ring that you ordinarily use with the pump or, if you don't use a ring, you can use Xialla immediately after pumping.

Here are step-by-step instructions for using Xialla with the ringless style of pump:

  1. If you use a ring, place it around the base of your penis. If you don't, skip this step.
  2. Use the pump as you would normally to achieve an erection.
  3. Remove the pump.
  4. Place the Xialla around the base of the penis. If you also used a ring, position the Xialla so that it is between the ring and your body, and then remove the ring.
  5. Pull the Xialla loop around your scrotum and attach the band firmly to the pad above your buttocks. (See instructions for the step here.)

Enhancing erections with ED pumps and Xialla

Xialla's versatility enables you to use the device with any style of ED pump. By combining Xialla's advanced constriction capabilities with the vacuum-induced blood flow of a pump, you can optimize the firmness and duration of your erection.
