Joshua has worked in healthcare for over 20 years and started his career back in the early 2000's. He has worked in Urology since 2018, providing both inpatient /outpatient care to men, women and children in the area (Chambersburg Hospital).  He excelled in this role, with much thanks to having a wonderful urological provider team to guide and support him.  Feeling unfulfilled with big healthcare, he formed Virtus Health in 2023 with the intent of providing a more personal and individualized approach to a sensitive topic areas.  He is a 2018 graduate of Penn State University with a Master of Science in Nursing and also attended Drexel University and Mount Aloysius College for his undergraduate.
