Can I remove the anchoring band and just use the ring with the loop around my scrotum?

Many customers ask this because it seems the loop around the scrotum should hold the ring by itself. It does not work as well that way.

The scrotum is soft and mobile. Without the band and adhesive pad, the ring can still shift forward during movement, allowing blood to escape. Xialla’s patented anchoring system (loop + band + tab-lock to the pad on the lower back) gently pulls the ring firmly against the base of the penis and holds it there.
