I get itching or irritation after removing the adhesive pad. What can I do?

Some users experience mild itching or irritation for a few days after removing the patch. A simple over-the-counter solution that worked extremely well for one customer is to apply a thin layer of 1% hydrocortisone cream (available at any pharmacy) before applying the patch and again after removal.

How to use it:

  • Clean and dry the skin where the patch will go.
  • Apply a thin layer of 1% hydrocortisone cream and let it fully absorb (a few minutes).
  • Apply your Xialla patch as usual.
  • After removing the patch, gently clean the area and reapply the cream if needed.

One customer reported:

“It has made a huge difference. No more irritation from the patch, no itching, and it sticks just fine… removal is much easier. I would say it’s a game changer for me.”

Tip: If you’re worried about the patch sticking, try using the cream only after removal first.

This is a customer-reported tip, not medical advice. If irritation continues, consult your healthcare provider.
