How much does shipping cost?

For orders in the USA: Shipping is free for orders of $40 or more and $5 for orders under $40.  For orders in Canada: Shipping is free for orders of $56 or more and $7.50 for orders under $56

How do I order adhesive pads? Are the adhesive pads multiple or one-time use?

With your Xialla device you receive 10 pads. Each adhesive pad is intended for one-time use. To order more pads, click here.

What payment methods are accepted?

We accept all major credit cards, Visa gift cards, Visa debit cards, Shop Pay, Google Pay, Apple Pay and PayPal.

What is the refund and exchange policy?
